There is the final one of my tri-series to Ombre Lips. Well, its final until I find something new and interesting soon. Meanwhile here is the Ombre Lips in Horizontal.

Ok let’s begin. Here is the stuff I used.

• 1.       Maybelline Baby Lips to condition my lips
• 2.       Garnier BB Cream base to my lips.
• 3.       Colorbar Soft Touch Citrene
• 4.       Faces Magenta
• 5.       Mac Viva Glam 1
• 6.       Vega Lip Filler Brush

How did I do this? Here we begin:

Step 1:  Condition lips. Moisturise it well with your favourite lip balm. Exfoliate with a scrub or just use cotton swab and rub on the lips. Wear a base on your lips. It could be your foundation, BB/CC Cream, Tint moisturiser, compact.

Step 2: Take your lightest color among the 3 colors your pick and mark the first and the last 1 third corner of the lips. 

Step2: Fill the lips with the same color. I picked Colorbar Soft Touch Citrene in this look. It should look something like this.

Step3:  Fill in the center upper and lower lip with the 2^nd darkest color you picked. I chose Faces Magenta for myself.

Step 4: Fill in the center of your mouth with the darkest color you pick. I chose MAC Viva Glam 1. Note just dab it only at the center on your mouth to create the shadow effect.

And here is the final look. I kinda like this look as it gives a lovely full mouth effect to the lips.

Here is another fun way to Ombre Lips. This time its Top Down or Vertical.

Again there are 2 ways to it.

• Dark to nothing – Top Down (Dark at the top and fades down to bare lips)

• Fading or varying colours – Top Down (Different colours fade top down )

I am trying the second one today. And here we go.The colors fade from top to bottom.

Things I used: (left to right)

• 1.       MAC Viva Glam 1
• 2.       Colorbar Creme Touch Sienna a Magic
• 3.       Faces Magenta
• 4.       Mac Dazzleglass
• 5.       Vega Lip Filler

Ok, here is how you get this look.Lets begin. 

Step 1:  Condition lips. Moisturise it well with your favourite lip balm. Exfoliate with a scrub or just use cotton swab and rub on the lips.

Step2:  Apply any foundation or concealer to BB/CC Cream. Here I used my Clinique CC Cream. This is to give a nice base to the lips and even out the natural lip color. (I know it looks ewwwww... but it works)

Step3: Line your upper lips with the darkest color you pick. Note just line the half of the upper lip.Like this.

Step 4: Fill in the center of your lips. Upper lip bottom  half and lower lip top half. Something like this.

Step5: Fill in the third color to the bottom half of the lower lip and shape it well.

Simple, isn’t it? Here is the finished look. Hope you like it.

Ombre Lips 1 – Out to in - Tutorial

Following my COMING SOON! Ombre post a couple of days ago. I have tried to create an Ombre inspired lip. 

This is #1 of the Series. More to come.

Here is the first Ombre Lips style - Out to in. 

The colours fade in from outer sides to the inner centre of the lips. 

Ok, let’s go step by step.

Things I used:

• 1.       Colorbar Creme Touch Passionate
• 2.       Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Liner pencil – Velvet Beige
• 3.       MAC Prolong wear Lip pencil – More to Love
• 4.       Vega Lip filler brush
• 5.       Half Baked - Naked 2 Palette

Ok here we go:

Step 1:  Condition lips. Moisturise it well with your favourite lip balm. Exfoliate with a scrub or just use cotton swab and rub on the lips.

Step2: Line your entire lips with the darkest shape you chose for this look. Something like this. I used MAC Prolongwear More to love here.

Step3: Wear your second darkest color as the second layer on the inside of the lip. I used Colorbar Passionate. Blend away.

Step4: Wear your nude / beige color in the innermost layer of your lip. I am wearing Maybelline Color sensational Velvet Beige.

Step5: Dust golden shadow in the innermost layer / over the beige color. I used Half Baked from Naked2 Palette.

Here is the final look. Hope you like it. I think, this is very practical to wear this too.
